  1. I recently bought this software and I will tell you don't waste your time or money. The capabilities is of poor quality and the customer service is even worse they don't exist. My login info don't exist anymore after 3 days but I paid for a subscription my opinion its a scam

  4. The software mostly worked on my phone, but because the initial backup occurs over a period of time, very little shows up right away. Now at one day after installation, the call log is still growing, but my contact list is very small compared to what is actually on my phone. I tried to use the stealth camera function and kept getting a #mismatchsenderid error. This is a very clunky system and quite expensive for what it purports to do. I believe it is designed for employers to monitor their employee's phones or spouses to monitor each other or their children, but marketed as a backup system for whatever reason.

  5. This program does not do what they say it does. Almost impossible to install. The web viewer site wouldnt work. It did not recover anything. Was not able to remotely work with the phone. Support was not supportive. I canceled the program within a week and was not able to get a refund and was billed for 2 more months and only recieved 1 refund. I contacted them repeatedly, some responses about refunds and they stopped replying. Never got refunded. Dont waste your money!
